Founder, Teacher, Island Guide
My yoga journey began in California in 2011 when I started attending classes consistently and really exploring/experiencing the benefits of a regular practice. A few years later when I moved to Barbados, I realized there were very few yoga classes for me to take. So decided to get my 200-hour certification in 2014 and start teaching. I fell in love with all aspects of it -- sharing health and wellness with people, meeting amazing souls from all over the globe, and encouraging others to live a mindful. compassionate, and vibrant life. I continued to deepen my own practice and learning by getting my 500-hour certification as well, studying topics such as myofascial release, lymphatics, meditation, pranayama, and anatomy more in-depth. Today I love offering a variety of classes to all experience levels on this beautiful island. I believe that yoga is for every body, and that there is a suitable class and instructor for each individual. I sincerely look forward to connecting with and guiding you through your practice while you are here in paradise. Let's meet on the mat soon! From my heart to yours, namaste.
