Enjoy and hour of laying down and seated stretches to slowly ease tension in the body. We also do some breathwork techniques during the class to help calm the mind and stay focused on the present moment. This class aims to leave you feeling peaceful and relaxed.
SUP Yoga
Stand-up paddleboard yoga is a fun way to challenge your balance, strengthen your stabilizing muscles, and enjoy a strong yoga practice on the tranquility of the Caribbean Sea. This is a refreshing way to connect with nature combined with the benefits of a flow yoga practice.
